What is it really like to work in entertainment and sports marketing? PRSSA can help you prepare for a career after graduation by not only providing you with applicable skills, but also a direction for your career by learning from experiences of professionals in the field.

Perfect Your Resume, Cover Letter, and Portfolio, and Improve Your Interview Skills:
Get professional guidance and attend workshops on how to write effective resumes and cover letters, put together a portfolio, and improve your interview skills. Tailor these materials specifically for communication and PR job opportunities.

Connect.

Network with Professionals:
Meet professionals in the field by attending PRSSA meetings, networking events, and conferences. We also offer opportunities to tour communication and PR departments in local businesses, organizations, and PR agencies. Our Central Ohio PRSA parent chapter alone has 385 PR professionals.

Meet One-on-One with a Mentor:
PRSSA will connect you directly to professionals in the field in its first annual mentoring program. The mentoring program will offer an opportunity for individual career guidance while providing a personal connection to the field of PR.

Experience.
